I think I just figured out at least one of the Vinsmoke family members!

595: Doflimengo Speaks With Someone

Remember that unknown silhouette who appeared after the war of the summit speaking with Doflimengo? (S)he was reprehending Mingo on his failure to assassinate Gecko Moria.

I think that individual is connected to Germa 66, perhaps (s)he is one of the top members---I will even go to say that he might be Sanji's father.  More strikingly, Sanji said that Bege's group was commanded to take care of him as a delicate flower. Now check out how many flowers you see around the mysterious World Government official and Doflimengo on left picture? On the table, there is a bouquet of roses and all around them as well.

The way Doflimengo addressed him suggested that the individual was not originally from the WG, but rather associated with them and ended up holding more influence and power. Sounds like the definition of a criminal organization affiliated with them, just as CP0--except that CP0 was the WG's very own finger on the trigger.

Also, since Sanji's dad was behind his bounty change, his means that he had enough pull within the WG. Adding jelly to peanut butter, it means that Germa 66 deals with the WG.

Now let's be a little patient until the Vinsmoke family is fully revealed and Sanji's past is exposed!
As to when that might be, I think it will be in or around chapter 827! Why? Because we learned about Sanji's birth in North Blue in chapter 227. That's exactly a difference of 600 chapters. Oda loves to play with numbers, as we all must know by now. I'm betting my 2 cents on it. 4 more chapters away! NOPE
