| Katakuri is defeated |
I loved Luffy's fight with Katakuri so much that I will need to revisit it. Though they were a perfect match up against each other, just like Luffy and Lucci, this time Luffy was able to stand up on his own after the rumble. The best part was Katakuri's animal reflex to stand up before Luffy could see him hugging the ground. Even better are these theories for the next chapter and chapters far far into the future:
- Katakuri enjoyed fighting Luffy so much that he can't wait for ROUND 2 (I talked about this many times before). To meet a worthy opponent for the first time who actually evolved in the fight only to lose sight of them forever would have been too much of an heartbreak to handle. It seemed like he needed to hear his answer before collapsing of fatigue and happiness lol.
- I really dig the respect Luffy displayed by covering Dogtooth's mouth.
- Katakuri joined the SH fanclub!
- Luffy can't defeat Big MOM....yet. Luffy knew it, and Katakuri confirmed it. With the destruction of Fishmen Island, that could be the only powerful drive for Luffy to surpass Big Mom. So let's all be ready for that round 2 after the Wano ARC!!!!
- Escape from Cacao Island: Germa 66 and Pekoms will help our heroes make their big escape. So I'm not even worried about that. The scoop will be "THE STRAW HATS ESCAPED THE BIG MOM PIRATES AFTER MONKEY D LUFFY DEFEATED TWO TOP COMMANDERS AND SABOTAGED THE TEA PARTY WITH THE HELP OF JINBEI, BEGE and his FIRE TANKS PIRATES and GERMA 66"
- and this news will shake the world down to its core! I can't wait to see Akainu's reaction to that.
- Sanji got kissed! Thank you Pudding! But now I fear that that will cause such a commotion that they will be found out.
