Chapter 886 Review and Chapter 887 Predictions

 Carot's talk was a reminder to some, but told you a looooong time ago!
 You're about to wake up and smell the MINKS' true power under the full moon.

Oda-sensei keeps on unveilling more and more about the world of One Piece we didn't know about. First, back in Dressrosa he showed us the next level of mastering a DF called "Awakening". Secondly, he's telling you and me that most of the bad asses have already awakened their powers. Which brings us to the assumption that in order for Luffy to defeat Dogtooth aka Katakuri, Luffy will have to either:

1. Unleash Gear 5 (and become a balloon lol)
2. Improve his two Hakis: observation and armament
3. Awaken his paramecia DF power

I give more weight to the 2nd scenario because it's too early for us to witness Gear 5 because I heard through the grapevine that this Big Mom Arc still has 1 to 2 YEARS left! So Zoro, Law, Wano, Kaido, just keep calm and chill.

Luffy has already demonstrated that Gear 4 can have an effect on Dogtooth. So with an improved observation Haki to peek few seconds into the future and armament to counter the tougher than Vergo's Haki, then Luffy can finally make Dogtooth's back and ass kiss the ground!

Just like numero uno, it's still too early for Luffy to awaken his DF power. I have a feeling that that will be instrumental in defeating Kaido.


Next chap, I hope to see a showdown between Charlotte Oven and Sanji and co. And DAMN! How cool has Sanji become? Fast enough that most folks can't see him move (and even dodge Katakuri's future) and a kick that would send big shots flying!
