Chapter 905
GARP
I have to admit that I was surprisingly happy to see Garp all joyous. I was very upset at him letting Ace die during the war of the summit. How could he? How in the hell is your job more important than family?
He is truly Luffy's grand father, a man who doesn't give a cent about protocols and has zero complex in dealing with royalty.
Today, I understand why he categorically refused promotion to become an admiral in the past. The higher you go past being a vice-admiral in the hierarchy, you command more power and men, but your hands become tied to the Celestial Dragons. So knowing that, Garp knew this was the best position for him to do whatever he wanted to do, but also avoid being controlled by the Tennryubuto. How could he stomach a Buster Call? You need to be blinded by absolute justice to do that.
Although being a vice admiral, he HAD the moral obligation to be present at the war. It saddened him, but that was his duty. Which also brings me to say that Garp ordered young Ace and Luffy to become marines because that would have been the only way to save them from the World Government when they grow older. So I really have to give Garp my respect once again.
I will come back to him further below.
ADMIRAL GREENBULL RYOKUGYUU
We knew the name, but now we know the silhouette and more about his personality. The last admiral is a
he; and apparently he has been fasting for the past 3 years. Damn that put my 12 hours daily fasting in ramadan to shame lol.
Whatever his power is, he is a force that could match Kizaru, and someone Doflimengo called beast along with Fujitora. And we have already seen how powerful the latter is. From what I have seen, he doesn't seem to follow Absolute Justice.
VEGAPUNK
Last mentioned him here in the news.
So Fujitora is telling Ryokugyuu that Vegapunk had invented something that could possibly replace the Shichibukai system. That could only imply that he has developped powerful cyborgs or robots that have incredible power.
One thing that grabbed my attention is Fujitora calling Vegapunk an old man. So the man whose science is 500 years into the future is not a middle aged man but rather an old geezer.
THE REVOLUTIONARY ARMY
The revolutionary army infiltrated the ceremony! And with no less than 3 commanders present, a violent declaration of war is a given. Sabo infiltrated his hometown royal guards, while Karasu in his raven form is fying in incognito, and Morley is simply digging up through the mountain. Since I haven't seen Dragon in chapter 906, I came assume that he also there. The whole world has already speculated that his power might be windbased. And if you're the wind, who the hell can stop you to travel the world and infiltrate every place. More about the revolutionaries below.
Chapter 906
VIVI x REBECCA x SHIRAHOSHI
In chapter 906, the ladies friends of the Straw Hats finally meet at the riverie. Each of these princesses were fated to have more impact later on the series, aside from Rebecca...sorry.
When the last war ignites, and countries will be forced to take sides, our princesses will be at the forefront to help Luffy and his allies against the WG or any big threat (i.e. Shirahosi helping them wipe out Big Mom or the enemy who will cause Fishmen Island to burn).
WRAPPING UP THE SERIES and MEANING OF THE REVERIE ARC
When rereading this chapter, I had the feeling that Oda is starting to wrap up One Piece. Whether that will take 2 or 5 more years, that's another question. But this mini arc is the accumulation of everything that took place until now and the start of every major events that will take place until the end.
It was nostalgic to see the mini trivia of each kingdom Luffy has saved, and this could have very well been the last time Oda is reminding us of them so that he can now focus on the last arcs of the series.
DOFLIMENGO'S STATEMENT
If one thing is certain, Doflimengo always spouts epic monologues. When he talks about how power degrades too quickly, he is referring to two things:
1. Himself. In a matter of two days, his empire crumbled before his eyes. Every sadistic startegy he put in place to acquire what he has, was destroyed in a blink of an eye by the Luffy x Law Alliance.
2. The Tenryubuto. Having experienced this first hand, he is telling us (through Magellan) that those Celestial Dragons will be yanked out of their golden thrones without golden parachutes, in the blink of an eye as well. No matter how you cut it, Doffy is predicting that, with him or without him, the Tenryubuto will lose the reigns of power.
THE HIDDEN TREASURE AND THE CROWN WEARING SHADOW
Now this has been the spark of many many theories already. There is a freaking giant Straw Hat hidden in Marie Geoise. A silhouette wearing a crown is seen holding two wanted posters while facing the frozen straw hat. Now without knowing about chapter 907, here are my theories about the guy and the hat:
1. He is the highest authority in Marie Geoise. More on that below.
2. He or she is holding Luffy and Law posters
3. The hat belonged from someone from the D Clan. And Joy Boy is my favorite guess as to whom it belonged to. But that implies that he was a giant or a super tall human. Also, it means that the hat is a symbol that the leader of the D clan wears during each generation. I strongly believe that the hat or what it lies on is the secret that Doflimengo is aware of.
Chapter 907

KAIDO x BIG MOM
Who would have thought that Kaido and Big Mom were once crewmates aboard a ship. And that the crew was called ROCKS or LOCKS. And something is telling me that the letters stand for each crew member:
-R/L for the captain, O for ?, C for Charlotte, K for Kaido, and S for Streusen/Shakky?
A wild guess, but Oda is saying that these were the crew that shook and owned the seas before Roger become KOP 22-25 years ago.
The only issue I got is that Kaido is supposed to be younger according to the Ace novel. As long as he is above 60 years old, I guess that's not an issue. So he was a member in his twenties and Big Mom in her thirties or forties.
Anyway, this is a huge information that will further complicate the storyline. I mean an old dormant legend is going to reenter the final race at this stage? Im happy, but my man Oda is letting loose. Big Mom is going to Wano!
WANO SAMURAI
You know there will be stronger Samurai than Kinemon when Akainu is hesitant to send his top force to Wano. What they dont know is that Kaido along with the Shogun overtook power and control the country.
Once again Luffy is going to deliver a nation from the hands of tyranical regime. A true one piece hook.
Now talking about the throne, the old wizard is telling Stelly that no one seats on it, proof that there has been peace for the last 800 (or 900) years. Adding that there is no ONE true king in this world. This is reprensented in the counself of the five elders (Gorosei) who are the highest authority on earth. Now here comes the theory:
1. The Gorosei is the top political authority, but they are influenced by the Tenryubuto. This was evidenced by what they did for Doflimengo and what Kaola stated concerning to true motives of the Revolutionary Army. They want to do away with the Celestial Dragons, but have no problem with the world government itself (Gorosei).
2. The shadow figure at the end of chapter 906, see above, is the head of the Tenryubuto. Thus making him or her influence the affairs of the Gorosei.
3. That shadow figure will seat on the throne when the Last War kicks off...cause if in peace there is no use to it, well in war you will definitly have someone to warm it up.

Lucci is here and man he is still thirsty for blood. Kaku is still with him. However, no sign of Bluno and Kalifa. These two were so weak that they didn't get promoted. Stussy and a mysterious masked guy make up the four persons team.
I cant wait to see a fight between Sabo and Lucci during the declaration.
DON QUIXOTE MJOSGARD
What an irony that the douche bag who caused turmoil on the sea floor years ago is none other than the same Tenryubuto who claims to have regained his humanity and is also a Don Quixote. The first name is MJOSGARD. He gave Charloss one hell of a bat kick that happened exactly 10 years ago!
I'm glad this didnt finish in an international incident which would have been terrible for Fishman Island.

This makes sense to me because he would only have mentioned Pirates and Marines as to who now rules the sea. But having mentioned those two and adding The Revolutionaries, and The Celestial Dragons and the D Clan (dead giveaway as to what will follow, especially with the giant straw hat seen in chapter 906)...whoever sits on it will rule the entire world.

Anyhow, which pirate could he possibly be wanting to speak about? Here are some honorable mentions:
1. The Captain or the new leader of the remains of the ROCKS/LOCKS. This might very well be the legendary pirate Oda said will appear. If it is, he would probably bring more mess than Blackbeard.
2. Luffy. I highly doubt, but if that is the case, Shanks will ask that they leave his protege alone.
3. Blackbeard. Teach is definitely the antagonist of the series. Perhaps he has acquired so many powerful DF powers that he can easily topple other Yonkos at this point. But the problem is that he is after more than just that. Teach craves power, and he wants to reign over the world through sheer will. If the WG doesn't do something soon, he will do worse than what Doflimengo was scheming.
4. Edward Weeble JR
Last but not least, this shichibukai brings more harm than good. The collateral damage is just too great to ignore. Shanks might come to ask the WG to put a stop to this personna. And I told you that his picture was on the same newspaper that Vegapunk's name was on. We will hear of him soon enough.
