One Piece Chapter 899 Review Chapter 900 Predictions

Aladin and co save Jinbei and Luffy

Still on their escape, my man Aladin came to help our heroes right before they got done in by Smoothie and her fellow mates. This reminds me of when Roger was saved by a freak storm when fighting Shiki the Lion (remember Strong World?)

One Piece Chapter 890 Review 891 Predictions

Jinbei clashes with Big MOM

I loved this chapter. Told you that Brook or Nami will surprise us once more, but oops I forgot about my man Jinbei the first son of the sea. He was able to send off Big Mom with his attack (though she sent him flying too), how bad ass was that???
As I mentioned before, this whole arc was made for Nami and Brook to shine. Their combined powers truly are a stick in the wheels for Big Mom.

Next chapter, Big Mom intends to

One Piece Chapter 889 Unknown MAMA

Super Big Mom in 889

We saw Big Mom use both Zeus and Promotheus to launch powerful attacks, but this time she fuses with the latter to enter a never-seen-before battle mode.
The new mama is slimmer (due to hunger), thus much more agile...and crazier. I think Sanji and co. will arrive in the nick of the time to save Nami's team in two chapters time. Though in a dire situation, I don't see anyone kicking the bucket this time.
In the next chapter, we'll get a glimpse of Big Mom's new powers and something is telling me Nami (and Brook) will surprise us again!

One Piece Chapter 830 Review: Luffy and Jinbei

Jinbei declares his ambition to join Luffy and the Straw Hats

Hello fellow grand-line pirates! Since I'm quite busy on some travel preparations, bear with me if the next two reviews come late.
So One Piece 830 came out and it was great. Here is a super quick review (theories) for the chapter:

One Piece Chapter 829 Review: The Yonkou, Charlotte Linlin The Pirate Big Mom

One Piece Chapter 829 Big Mom

As I stated in the review of the last chapter, King Kong ain't got sh*t on Big Mom! I think the only two highlights were Big Mom showcasing her powers, and Boss Jinbei finally appearing.  So here is a very short review of this chapter:

Fight Against Big Mom: Who Will Join/Help Luffy Rescue Sanji

Since Luffy decided to go rescue Sanji out of his current predicament, we can expect that at least three mini arcs will happen before the real showdown against Yonko Kaidou:
1) Luffy will face-off Big Mom (more like a animated meeting) and the Vinesmoke family
2) Some of the Straw Hats will be fighting Jack before heading to Wano (See chapter 822)
3) Master Nekomamushi will go recruit Marco, possibly running into Edward Weeble a.k.a. Whitebeard Jr.
4) .....reserved

This post is really about the first point raised above. I think we're in for a big surprise. Let's get started then:
